You are an independent thinker and problem solver, able to make sense of ambiguity.You love to tell stories, whether to media, on social or other channels. You are proactive in reaching out to find stories, shape a clear and compelling narrative for Grab, and lead the development and execution of creative, impactful communication strategies across Southeast Asia.You should have a strong track record of developing and executing programmes from the ground up, with proven results. You are comfortable with data and able to translate it into interesting insights for external audiences. You are strong in writing, critical thinking, and can think ahead and anticipate issues.You will be an individual contributor, reporting to the Corporate Communications Lead. It is a fully onsite role, based in Singapore.The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
  • Contribute to shaping Grab's corporate brand and equity story
  • Develop and implement a regional communications programme that showcases Grab tech and product, including organising regional media and influencer events, and enabling country PR teams to drive local announcements for Grab corporate, tech and product updates
  • Manage thought leadership programmes for Grab executives
  • Build and maintain strong regional media relationships
  • Handle issues management
  • Oversee the review process for external communications and create multi-format content development for owned channels and
  • Track PR outcomes, in partnership with PR agency, according to budget and our requirements
QualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will Need
  • Bachelor's degree (no preference in field)
  • Required: Corporate reputation management, media relations, issues management
  • Good-to-have: Integrated communications
  • Internet sector and agency experience; 8+ years experience
  • Experience working in a regional or global team in a fast-growth company
  • Hands-on, proactive and self-driver
  • A creative flair and curiosity to push new ideas!
