- Conceptualise and develop culture building and change management plans at the organisational level • Facilitate planning and organizing of initiatives to enhance personal, team and organizational effectiveness • Conduct research and analysis on OD best practices • Proactively initiate and drive Organisational Development and Improvement projects (eg innovation projects) • Develop and implement system to recognise staff contributions • Develop action plans to address issues and challenges faced by staff through feedback channels • Support the implementation of training roadmap for new and existing staff to enhance their capabilities
