- Maintaining accounting and related records (HongKong , Korea, UK, Netherlands, Germany etc.)
- Completing the periodic and annual audit
- Ensure payments are checked, verified, authorised and approved
- Timely preparation and closing of accounts
- Support and advise project team on financial & accounting matters
- Review and implementation of accounting procedures and policies.
- Manage general communication such as post, deliveries, couriers, etc.
