HR Executive
- Remuneration: $2600 - $3500 (Depending on experience)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday; 8.30am – 5.30pm
- Location: Tuas (2 Way Transport will be provided Marsling MRT & Jurong East MRT )
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in the development and publication of job advertisements across multiple recruitment platforms.
- Screen candidate resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Draft and finalize employment contracts, overseeing the onboarding process to integrate new hires effectively.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and general concerns.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and corporate events to foster a positive work environment.
- Administer payroll processes, ensuring precise and timely payment for all employees.
- Oversee employee benefits programs, including leave management, insurance plans, and other welfare initiatives.
- Coordinate and schedule employee training programs, both in-house and external, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive employee records within the HR system, ensuring data integrity.
- Prepare and generate HR-related reports such as headcount, turnover, and leave statistics for management review.
- Support the coordination and execution of performance appraisal cycles and processes, ensuring timely completion and feedback delivery.
- Ensure all company policies are in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory standards and provide guidance to employees on HR policies, ensuring consistent application and adherence across the organization.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Min. 1 – 2 years of experience in Manufacturing or Marine Supply Industry will be advantageous
- Good understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills / Team Player
- Knowledge in Info-Tech Cloud HRMS System is an added advantage
