Job Scope:
- Manage calendars of key executives, efficiently coordinating schedules and appointments. Ensure timely and appropriate time allocation for meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Organize, prioritize, and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure the action required is addressed promptly.
- Make travel arrangements both domestic and international.
- Manage the reconciliation and submission of expense reports, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and guidelines.
- Prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time and provide seamless support to senior leaders by prioritizing critical business activities effectively.
- Overseeing the general office tasks, such as maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
- Provide support in various activities as required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar administrative roles
- Fluent in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Presentation)
- Meticulous and attention-to-detail
- Ability to multitask with strong organization and time management skills
