Wealth and Personal Banking has four key business areas responsible for efficiently bringing the best of HSBC to our clients through a broad and relevant suite of wealth and retail banking capabilities: Asset Management, Global Private Banking & Wealth, HSBC Life, Retail Banking & Strategy and COO & Digital Transformation.We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Mortgage Retention Manager.Principal Responsibilities
  • Handle Mortgage Loan repricing and servicing requests for high net worth customers
  • Provide independent and holistic Mortgage solutions to meet the home ownership needs of existing Mortgage customers
  • Build relationships with existing Mortgage customers by providing excellent service to build customer loyalty and seek referrals to grow the business
  • Work closely with the product team to optimize on repricing packages offering and profitability of the existing Mortgage portfolio
  • Execute proactive retention exercises initiated by the product team
  • Review and streamline existing processes to provide a seamless customer experience
Requirements
  • Experience in sales and financial sector preferred
  • Good understanding of related financial regulations and regulatory compliance
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Effective time management, problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • A Degree / Diploma with minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in retail banking products
