  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About Role:
You will play a critical role in mitigating risk, driving operational efficiency, and collaborating with global stakeholders. This position is ideal for individuals seeking to enhance their knowledge of securities settlements and work in a high-impact, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor settlement activity to ensure timely and accurate exchange of securities and cash.
  • Oversee firm inventory, ensuring proper movement and availability of securities to facilitate trades.
  • Collaborate with trading desks to secure securities for settlement and address any issues.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in the firm's books and records, focusing on cash and securities positions.
  • Complete daily checklists to maintain adherence to operational controls and processes.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams (Trading, Sales, Compliance) and external counterparties to resolve settlement issues.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in securities settlements, trade support, or securities middle office roles is preferred.
  • Knowledge of equities markets and trading processes; familiarity with exchanges like SGX or HKEX is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage strict deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, with a focus on client service and collaboration.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively within a global team structure.
