- Project coordination and liaison with the Multi-Disciplinary Team Consultants, relevant external agencies, as well as internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient execution of the projects
- Engaging end users to ensure that requirements are well planned and documented • Liaising internally with various technical teams for inputs and coordination
- Managing all assigned projects from conceptual stage to completion
- Tracking and monitoring project budget and timelines
- Performing administrative tasks in support of the division, including scheduling of meeting, minutes taking, document management, projects reporting, etc.
- Creating and maintaining a comprehensive list of project documentation, submission reports, etc. where necessary
- Assisting in review of Consultants' technical submissions
- Conducting feasibility studies for the redesign and reconfiguration of workspaces
- Conducting project supervision on site as and when required
- Assisting in formulating workplace strategy and design guidelines leveraging on the insights from workplace data analytics
- Devise and coordinate change management initiatives with relevant stakeholders
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture/ Interior Design/ Engineering/ Project Facilities and Management or any Building related disciplines
- At least 3 years of experience in designing office interior spaces and supervision to oversee project from inception to completion
- Good verbal, interpersonal and communication skills • Detail-oriented, strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills
- Conversant with 2D/3D graphic drawings and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideas • Good understanding of facilities management
- Knowledge in Public Sector construction related procurement, Green Mark Certification, BIM software, Project Management, and/or Navisworks will be an advantage
