What the role is:DEPUTY MANAGER, WORKPLACE DEVELOPMENTWhat you will be working on:You will support the team in managing and coordinating the design and development of LTA's future workplaces, rejuvenation of current workplaces and any other associated projects. You will be involved in:
  • Project coordination and liaison with the Multi-Disciplinary Team Consultants, relevant external agencies, as well as internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient execution of the projects
  • Engaging end users to ensure that requirements are well planned and documented • Liaising internally with various technical teams for inputs and coordination
  • Managing all assigned projects from conceptual stage to completion
  • Tracking and monitoring project budget and timelines
  • Performing administrative tasks in support of the division, including scheduling of meeting, minutes taking, document management, projects reporting, etc.
  • Creating and maintaining a comprehensive list of project documentation, submission reports, etc. where necessary
  • Assisting in review of Consultants' technical submissions
  • Conducting feasibility studies for the redesign and reconfiguration of workspaces
  • Conducting project supervision on site as and when required
  • Assisting in formulating workplace strategy and design guidelines leveraging on the insights from workplace data analytics
  • Devise and coordinate change management initiatives with relevant stakeholders
What we are looking for:
  • Tertiary qualification in Architecture/ Interior Design/ Engineering/ Project Facilities and Management or any Building related disciplines
  • At least 3 years of experience in designing office interior spaces and supervision to oversee project from inception to completion
  • Good verbal, interpersonal and communication skills • Detail-oriented, strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent oral and written presentation skills
  • Conversant with 2D/3D graphic drawings and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideas • Good understanding of facilities management
  • Knowledge in Public Sector construction related procurement, Green Mark Certification, BIM software, Project Management, and/or Navisworks will be an advantage
