We’re looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Coordinator to support our team and ensure smooth daily operations. If you enjoy variety in your work and have a can-do attitude, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, welcome visitors, and manage mail and courier services.
  • Handle weekly filing and general administrative duties.
  • Track and manage staff purchases, retail shopping bags, and staff uniforms.
  • Book air tickets and accommodation for staff travel.
  • Replenish and monitor office supplies, including stationery, pantry items, and cleaning products.
  • Set up workstations for new staff (e.g., laptops, stationery).
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance for office equipment, lighting, and air-conditioning.
  • Conduct daily housekeeping checks and ensure the office is clean and organised.
  • Support event logistics, such as setting up POS systems and managing returned equipment.
  • Visit retail stores quarterly to update alarm passwords and handle ad-hoc requests.
  • Assist with any additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

  • Minimum ‘N’ Level qualification.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Organised, proactive, and willing to learn.

Additional Details

  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 am to 5:45 pm.
