- Gather and analyze business requirements to design SAP FICO solutions.
- Configure and implement SAP FI modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting (AA).
- Configure and implement SAP CO modules, including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
- Integrate SAP FICO with other modules such as MM, SD, and HR.
- Provide support for end-users, resolve system issues, and implement enhancements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to streamline financial and controlling processes.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and create comprehensive documentation.
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live support.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
- In-depth knowledge of financial processes such as GL, AP, AR, taxation, and bank accounting.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA FICO (preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of SAP FICO integration with other SAP modules.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in SAP report generation and data migration.
- Certifications: SAP FICO certification (preferred).
