The NPDI (New Product Development and Introduction) under MTO (Microfluidic Technology & Operation) is an organization working to develop new technology and deliver winning products to marketplace. This System Interaction Engineering team is focus on delivering the technology and products by validating the interaction and integration of the supplies in the print systems. The team supports a diverse portfolio in print business- Home, Office, Large Format Design and Large Format Production Printer segments. The broad range of products provide the team great opportunities to work on different technology, expose to different market segments and multiple opportunities for career development.
- Partner with the R&D, NPI and Manufacturing teams for both Supplies and Printer organizations to deliver on program deliverables.
- Conduct User Testing to validate Firmware and Software at product level to meet or exceed customer experience.
- Collaborate with Supplies Quality team to analyze customer rejects and define product improvement to address top customer concerns.
- Automate and digitize current testing for better efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Software Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Typically, 4-7 years' experience.
- Experience in software development and good Python coding experience.
- Strong technical engineering leadership and capabilities.
- Effective leadership on planning, execution, and issue resolution.
- Demonstrated analytical and empirical problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates growth mindset hallmark.

- Good flexibility and adaptability are key.
