- Identify and assess potential clients, evaluate their purchasing needs, conduct market research, and monitor competitor activity.
- Collaborate with team members to provide clients with quotes, samples, catalogs, and relevant business information in response to inquiries.

- Conduct client visits for consultative selling, cross-selling, and up-selling company products/services.
- Identify and qualify new leads from the existing customer base to re-engage potential clients.
- Monitor and report on client sales activities, including trends, product preferences, and buying behavior.
- Analyze client needs and suggest cost-effective solutions that deliver value.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to recommend and discuss sales and administrative strategies.
- Share insights on sales trends and competitor activities to support team performance.
- Respond to client complaints promptly and provide post-sales support.
- Offer technical advice and escalate complex issues to engineering experts or the factory.
- Keep clients informed of delays or issues and arrange suitable alternatives as necessary.
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales services.
- Provide timely service, follow-ups, and build strong client relationships to drive sales.
- Assist clients in decision-making by offering relevant information, conducting research, and suggesting solutions.
- Address complaints by identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Maintain consistent service quality by adhering to company standards.
- At least diploma certification in business or engineering industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of managing relationships and expectations across all levels.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and virtual meeting software.
