Job Scope:Drive Sales and Support Business Expansion to Achieve Sales Goals
  • Identify and assess potential clients, evaluate their purchasing needs, conduct market research, and monitor competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide clients with quotes, samples, catalogs, and relevant business information in response to inquiries.
  • Oversee and coordinate sales activities, including managing schedules, filing documents, and maintaining communication with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure all orders and transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Update client records and document sales activities in approved systems.
  • Generate regular sales reports to track progress and performance.
  • Work closely with Finance/Accounts to advise on credit terms and follow up on outstanding payments before preparing quotes and processing orders.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and feedback.
Expand Business Opportunities and Meet Sales Targets
  • Foster long-term client relationships by keeping them informed about new products and solutions while managing their expectations.
  • Conduct client visits for consultative selling, cross-selling, and up-selling company products/services.
  • Identify and qualify new leads from the existing customer base to re-engage potential clients.
  • Monitor and report on client sales activities, including trends, product preferences, and buying behavior.
  • Analyze client needs and suggest cost-effective solutions that deliver value.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to recommend and discuss sales and administrative strategies.
  • Share insights on sales trends and competitor activities to support team performance.
Ensure High Standards of Customer Service
  • Respond to client complaints promptly and provide post-sales support.
  • Offer technical advice and escalate complex issues to engineering experts or the factory.
  • Keep clients informed of delays or issues and arrange suitable alternatives as necessary.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and sales services.
  • Provide timely service, follow-ups, and build strong client relationships to drive sales.
  • Assist clients in decision-making by offering relevant information, conducting research, and suggesting solutions.
  • Address complaints by identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Maintain consistent service quality by adhering to company standards.
Job Requirement:
  • At least diploma certification in business or engineering industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capable of managing relationships and expectations across all levels.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and virtual meeting software.
