The School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences is seeking to hire a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager for the Undergraduate Academic Office. This position is reporting to Manager. The incumbent is required to support the school's academic team in handling academic matters and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of academic services, aiming to enhance students' learning journeys.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee curriculum updates and the implementation of OBTL+.
- Support the design and development of course planning maps.
- Oversee and administer the integrated programme.
- Oversee the administration and coordination of online courses.
- Handle and supervise students' Short Leave of Absence processes, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Manage role-based account enquiries.
- Oversee the recruitment or engagament process of Part-Time Lecturers (PTLs).
- Payment processing for Part-Time Lecturers (PTLs)
- Plan and execute logistics for school events, including internship seminars, matriculation card collection, sharing and information sessions, and student town halls.
- Provide course registration support.
- Manage student applications for Professional Internships and Professional Attachment.
- Support exam planning and logistics, including decentralized exams and mark entry.
- Collaborate with faculty on exam-related matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field or Diploma with 6 years of relevant/equivalent experiences (preferably in academic administration) and a proven record of excellent performance.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. You will be interacting with students, faculty, staff, and parents, so the ability to communicate professionally and effectively is crucial.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple task and deadlines efficiently.
- Possess an approachable demeanour and the ability to collaborate effectively in team-oriented settings.
- Exhibit meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage unforeseen situations effectively.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity in all dealings.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
