We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Acquisition Strategy and Partnerships Manager.
Principal Responsibilities
- Strategic Acquisition Planning – Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies targeting key customer segments to drive growth, with a focus on digital and traditional channels
- Data-Driven Acquisition Strategy – Collaborate with analytics teams to leverage customer insights and analytics enabling personalized marketing campaigns, identifying high value prospects and improving acquisition strategies for targeted customer segments
- Customer Onboarding Optimization – Lead initiatives to streamline and enhance the customer onboarding/engagement journey and acquisition touchpoints, focusing on optimization to improve customer experience and overall conversion rates across channels
- Partnership Development – Identify, negotiate and establish strategic partnerships to enhance product offerings, expand reach and deliver value-added services to customers
- Performance tracking and reporting – define KPIs and success metrics for acquisition and partnership programs, regularly monitoring and analyzing performance data to adjust strategies, maximize ROI and meet acquisition targets
- 8+ years of experience of in strategic planning, customer acquisition, strategic partnership or consulting. Proven track record in executing data-driven acquisition strategies to deliver measurable growth
- Expertise in data analytics and customer insights – strong background in using tools to interpret customer data, derive actional insights and from strategic decisions that optimize acquisition efforts
- Experience in identifying, managing strategic partnerships with partners including contract negotiations and co-marketing efforts. Ability to establish and sustain relationships that align with business goals and enhance customer acquisition
- Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to develop acquisition campaigns and ensure seamless customer experience
- Ability to problem-solve individually or in a group setting
- Ability to shift priorities quickly, while maintaining a high degree of organization and control
