Saturday: 8:00am to 2:00pm (Scheduled by supervisor based on duty roster)

Job Description
Manage the entire shipping process from order receipt to delivery.
Coordinate with sales, production, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Verify shipping instructions, delivery schedules, and special customer requirements.
Ensure compliance with international and local shipping regulations, including export documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, permits).
Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and customs documentation.
Handle inquiries related to shipping status, delays, and returns.
