- Bachelor degree in any discipline.
- Fluent in Japanese (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with Japanese clients.
- Proficiency in English to collaborate with internal teams and clients outside Japan.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales / account management in digital marketing, influencer marketing or e-commerce business, with a track record of managing and growing client accounts, preferably with Japanese clients.
- Solid knowledge of digital tools & channels.
- Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm.
- Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems).
- Comfortable with a fast-paced environment with ability to catch up on information quickly and flexibly in the face of change.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
- Good working attitude with a positive growth mindset to learn and progress.
