Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth running of the branch
- Achieve sales targets and monitor sales target to ensure profitability of the branch
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize the store's performance
- Monitor sales figures and costs to ensure profitability
- Monitor staff performance, conduct appraisals, and provide feedback/coaching
- Promote a learning culture within the branch to ensure staffs are up to date with the latest product offerings
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Handle VIP clients and foster long-term relationships
- Prepare regular financial and operational reports for senior management
Qualifications:
- Certificate, Diploma or Degree in business, retail management, or related field
- Possess at least 10 working years experience with at least 4 years of supervisory experience, candidates with lesser experience can be considered for a junior position
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
