Job Description:
Join our innovative team as an IT Sales Manager and drive growth by delivering cutting-edge IT solutions to clients. We specialize in SaaS Workflow Automation, IT Network Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud Solutions, IT Management & Support, Asset Recovery & Disposal, and Electronics Testing & Measuring Instruments. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote and sell our full suite of IT solutions and services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industries requiring IT automation, infrastructure, and support.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Lead and motivate the sales team, ensuring performance targets are met or exceeded.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client needs and capabilities.
- Track and report sales performance, providing regular updates and forecasts to senior management.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities across our service portfolio.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT sales or a related field, with a strong record of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with SaaS, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and related services is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and improve sales strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline (preferred).
