Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote and sell our full suite of IT solutions and services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industries requiring IT automation, infrastructure, and support.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team, ensuring performance targets are met or exceeded.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client needs and capabilities.
  • Track and report sales performance, providing regular updates and forecasts to senior management.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities across our service portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT sales or a related field, with a strong record of achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and related services is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and improve sales strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline (preferred).
