Job Description
Responsible for the full spectrum of the HR function in areas of recruitment, employee relations, payroll, report preparation & submission, etc.
Execute the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Monitor all work passes renewal and application processes.
Conduct orientation for new join.
Coordinate new join monthly performance review.
Execute employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Build rapport, engage and sustain good relationships with stakeholders
Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and
incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Assist the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
Responsible for government / MOM related surveys.
Administer annual performance appraisal.
Administer HR handbook, policies and procedures.
Other administrative duties & Ad hoc duties.
