Deliver and Manage Food Standard and Quality

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure food is prepared and cooked according to the Standard Recipes and Operating Procedures.
Ensure food is prepared and cooked with the same level of quality and consistency.
Ensure proper labeling of food items after preparation.
Ensure the correct rotation by FIFO and maintain stock level of all food products.
Adhere to all statutory food hygiene and sanitation guidelines and ensure that the kitchen is well kept and maintained at all times.
Ensure the proper stocking of raw materials required for the kitchen.

Manage Customer Expectations

Work with Head Chef to handle food issues/complaints effectively and manage customer satisfaction promptly and appropriately.
Constantly rectify and improve on food issues to manage and ensure customer satisfaction

Upkeep and maintain Cleanliness of the Kitchen

Ensure the kitchen is well-cleaned and maintained at all times.
Ensure all kitchen equipment are well-maintained and serviced regularly.
