Job Responsibilities:
Handle invoice verification, payment processing, and ensure timely disbursement to vendors.
Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts payable ledgers.
Review staff expense claims for accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation before processing payments.
Liaise with suppliers and vendors to address payment queries.
Assist in month-end financial closing activities.
Provide support for other accounting tasks or projects as assigned.
Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics NAV will be added advantage.
