- Lead the team of seasoned Project Managers for delivering various IT Programs / Projects to strengthen the Bank’s Risk / Financial Management / Reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement systems that enhance operational efficiency and agility.
- Effective Stakeholders’ Engagement (up to the level of Division Heads) across the Business Clusters on various IT initiatives across their divisions
- Drive the evaluation and implementation of strategic enterprise program and capabilities in the risk finance and audit space.
- Provide support to senior leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Strategy and roadmap on technology capability delivery methodologies, budget and resources, including prioritization and optimization of delivery in alignment to business strategies and technology roadmaps.
- Manage resource skillset and sourcing strategy to meet the demand for project delivery.
- Overall responsible for the delivery of business and technology capabilities aligned with the business strategies and technology roadmap.
- Oversee vendor relationship for quality delivery and optimal pricing.
- Responsible for the smooth transition of new capabilities to Group Technology Services (Run-the-Bank) for a stable business-As-Usual operations.
- Overall responsible for comprehensive risk management for the clusters
- Accountable for compliance of Technology Architecture framework, Information Security Policy and Guidelines for all project delivery
- Accountable for the compliance of regulatory and Bank's policy in the project delivery environment
- Overall responsible for management of technology investment budget, covering external vendor and internal resources allocation, across the Clusters.
- Plan, forecast and manage the Cluster’s operating budget within the annual Operating Plan.
- Drive cost efficiency and resource optimization in project delivery for optimal business outcome.
- Overall responsible for management of resource skillsets and hiring to meet the demand for project delivery.
- Grow talent and is responsible for succession and development plans for staff
- Responsible for the cluster’s employee engagement results.
- Tertiary education required.
- Over 15 years in project management in IT bank delivering projects exceeding S$ 1 mil
- Over 5 years in Program / Large Project Management
- Certification or formal training in project management is an advantage.
- Self-starting with strong leadership and team building skills
- Effective Communication and Presentation skills
- Ability to resolve complex problems creatively
- Experience in managing senior stakeholders
- Good financial literacy to be able to manage Project Budget effectively
- Effective Problem solving and Conflict Resolution capabilities
