We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead and expand our e-commerce operations across multiple storefronts and marketplaces. This leadership role will involve overseeing a diverse team and driving strategies to maximize online performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership: Oversee the operations of multiple online storefronts and marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Amazon), ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business goals.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the e-commerce team to achieve targets and maintain high standards of efficiency and innovation.
• Content Management: Direct the creation, optimization, and maintenance of all online content, ensuring it is engaging, accurate, and SEO-friendly.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze sales and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and implement data-driven strategies.
• Order and Inventory Oversight: Ensure seamless order processing, fulfillment, returns, and packaging stock management across all platforms.
• Customer Experience: Set and maintain high standards for customer satisfaction, addressing online queries and feedback promptly.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and cohesive campaigns.
Minimum Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in business, e-commerce, or related fields.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management, with a proven track record of driving growth and managing multiple platforms.
• High proficiency in Shopify, including managing themes, apps, and back-end configurations.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
• Proficiency in e-commerce tools, analytics platforms, and marketplaces like Lazada, Shopee, and Amazon.
• Deep understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and customer engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Passion for sports and knowledge of sporting goods is highly preferred.
