Job Description:

1) Human Resource

  • Work closely with the management to provide HR advisory, support and full spectrum of HR matters
  • Handle employees’ monthly payroll cycle, CPF submission, IR21, IR8A income tax assessment, applications of work permits and employment passes.
  • Handle full spectrum of recruitment including advertise, shortlist, arrange interviews, prepare salary proposal, offer successful candidates, onboarding, staff announcement and off-boarding (for leavers)
  • Maintain quality data management of employee records in Employee Central/ Success Factor and as administrator for HRMS system in accordance to company’s policies and guidelines.
  • Monitor employee’s learning and development through trainings and e-learning courses organized by company
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time including administration and coordinating certification processes.

2) Accounts

  • Handle full set of accounts (AP/AR/GL)
  • Monthly bank reconciliation
  • Preparation of payments to vendors and payroll
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing
  • Reporting packages to HQ

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience
  • Diploma in Business, Accountancy or related discipline
  • Must have knowledge with local accounting software such as QuickBooks (preferred), Xero etc
  • Possess knowledge of statutory and employment law
  • Independent, self-drive and able to work under pressure
  • Meticulous and detail oriented

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $4,000.00 - $4,300.00 per month
