WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Support SEATW consolidated financial reporting and analysis
- Deliver flawless standard FP&A consolidation workstreams including monthly close, commercial forecast, and business reviews
- Support annual operating plan and long-term strategic plan cycles
- Collaborate with regional and country commercial finance teams to ensure key deliverables and timelines are met
- Provide high-quality country-level financial analysis and commentaries
- Proactively find opportunities to drive process improvements and cost savings
- Apply Hyperion Planning for data loads and ensure accuracy across divisions
- Drive practical process improvements for better control and efficiency
- Support special projects and ad-hoc finance initiatives as needed
WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in MNC commercial finance or FP&A
- Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with advanced Excel skills
- Applied knowledge of reporting or business systems (e.g. Hyperion Planning, SmartView, SFDC, Power BI) is advantageous
- Great teammate, hands-on and organized with the ability to maintain information accuracy and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Enthusiastic learner with a curious mind and an interest in acquiring new skills
- Strong verbal and written communication with good interpersonal skills
- Adaptable and able to work under pressure in a complex matrix environment
