8am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday), 8am to 1pm (rotating half day in Saturday)
Basic salary + monthly incentives
Work Location at Bedok till end March 2025; Near Cashew MRT station from April 2025.

Job Responsibilities:

Attend to walk-in enquiries from the Publics.
Acting as the first point of contact for customers to deliver inquiry / troubleshooting support.
Escalating inquiries to Managers for further actions.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Gather client and partner feedback to enhance customer experience.

Job Requirements:

Minimum O levels with 2 years working experience in retail or front desk line is preferred
Comfortable with standing and moving around within work premises.
Possesses strong time management skills and is motivated to exceed expectations.
Possess strong analytical skills to identify the cause of problems & recommend solutions.
Proficient in English to handle queries from English speaking Customers.
