Key Responsibilities:
Act as a primary point of contact for clients' inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Collaborate with client management team members to gather necessary information and provide comprehensive responses.
Assist in preparing and distributing client-related documents, contracts, and reports. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Coordinate client meetings, appointments, and follow-ups. Ensure that client management team members are well-prepared for meetings with relevant information and materials.

Qualifications:
Diploma in business administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Prior experience in client support, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
Familiarity with SAP software and database management is a plus.
