• Provide clear communication on payslips, benefits, and statutory contributions.
4. System Administration:
• Maintain and update payroll software and employee records.
• Implement system enhancements for improved payroll efficiency.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Generate payroll reports for management to support decision-making.
• Monitor payroll trends and identify areas for process improvement.
6. Audit and Reconciliation:
• Conduct regular audits to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
• Reconcile payroll accounts with finance for seamless operations.
7. Ad-Hoc Duties:
• Assist with HR-related tasks and other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
