This newly created role is designed to ensure that we attract the right talents, efficiently fill positions, and improve our staffing processes to support operational needs and business growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop Recruitment Strategies:
• Create and implement effective strategies to fill vacancies quickly.

• Work closely with Managers, HR, and other teams to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.
5. Monitor and Report on Recruitment Metrics:
• Track key metrics like time-to-hire and source effectiveness to improve recruitment strategies.
6. Staff Retention and Offboarding:
• Understand staff resignations, improve retention, and oversee a professional offboarding process.
7. Ad-Hoc HR Support:
• Assist HR with additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in recruiting for various roles.
• Expertise in sourcing candidates from both online and offline channels.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
