Remuneration: Basic + Incentives + Attractive Commission (No cap) + OT entitlement (if any)
Transport will be provided for opening(6am) & closing(1am) shift at airport outlets.
No work experience required as training will be provided.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure smooth operations for outlet
- Work together with team to achieve kiosk sales targets
- Interact and provide excellent customer service to walk-in customer
- Promote and upsell product to customers
- Coordinate the delivery of goods and product display
- Report discrepancies and problems to supervisor
- Give advice and guidance on product selection to customers
- Be responsible for processing payments
- Balance cash registers with receipts
- Deal with customer refunds (if any)
- Maintain store's cleanliness, basic housekeeping duties
- Keep up to date with company’s promotions
REQUIREMENT
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Flexible to work in shifts
- Proven experience in sales or customer service
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle customer in a professional manner
- Familiarity with cashiering procedures
