Job Responsibilities:
Order Processing: Handle and document order processing tasks while following company policies and client requirements.
System Transactions: Use the warehouse management system (WMS) to manage stock transfers, cargo receipts, and ensure schedules are on track.
Problem Solving: Identify and address issues like missing or incorrect documentation, escalating them when needed.
Customer Support: Prepare reports and updates for customers and the team, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Billing and Coordination: Manage billing tasks and work with teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
Operate tools like WMS, SAP, and other software to keep operations running smoothly.
Able to work in face past environment
Willing to learn with good communication
