Basic Salary: $14 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
Provide assistance in the Annual Assets Verification Exercise
To ensure accountability, accurate records of the assets, and compliance with the relevant policies.
Review on Minor Assets & Logistics Management such as management of keys, store room logistics, and equipment loans for security and operational needs.
Streamlining and automating existing room booking and approval process to achieve operational efficiency.
Scanning of options in the market and procuring beverages for vending machines.
Assist in office renovation project such as preparation of tender documents, submissions, evaluation and award support (e.g. performing market research relating to costing for renovation works, coordination of renovation related meetings etc).
Coordination and facilitation of effective communication among stakeholders (e.g. contractor, sub-contractors, Hub Management etc) to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, as well as smooth execution of the renovation project.
Job Requirements:
GCE O Levels
Background in Office / Building and Facilities Management.
Expertise in preparation of tender documents, submission, and evaluations.
