As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering outstanding customer service, and leading a team of staff to meet the restaurant’s high expectations. • Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine, dining culture, and hospitality standards.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a team effectively and motivate staff to perform at their best.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Knowledge of restaurant management software (POS systems) is a plus.
