Are you passionate about sales and building strong business relationships? We are looking for a dynamic OEM Sales Executive to join our team and drive growth in the Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our OEM business.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with OEM clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and partners.
Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and operations, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
Proven track record in sales, preferably within the OEM/EMS/CM sectors.
Strong understanding of the electronics manufacturing industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet sales targets.
Experience in setting up distribution channels in the Asia-Pacific region is a plus.
