Position: Service Crew
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $2200 - $2400 per month
Overtime: $10/hr
Working Hours: 48 hours/week, including break time (5-6 days a week)

What You’ll Do:
Greet and seat guests with a smile, providing excellent customer service from start to finish.
Take orders and deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring the highest standard of service.
Guide guests on how to enjoy the hotpot experience, offering menu recommendations when needed.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring a comfortable environment for all guests.
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
What We’re Looking For:
Positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing excellent hospitality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in food & beverage is a plus but not required (training will be provided).
Flexible to work 5-6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
