  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

As a Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment. Your primary responsibility will be processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently while delivering a positive shopping experience. You will work closely with other team members to ensure the store runs smoothly and meets its operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Transactions: Process customer purchases accurately, including scanning items, applying discounts, and handling payments (cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments).

  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, answering questions about products, promotions, and store policies.

  • Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash, issue receipts, and ensure the cash register is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift.

  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about current promotions, product features, and store policies to provide helpful recommendations and information to customers.

  • Inventory Support: Assist with restocking shelves, organizing product displays, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store.

  • Returns and Exchanges: Process returns and exchanges according to store policy, ensuring customer satisfaction.
