About the role
McConnell Dowell is looking to hire an Architectural Coordinator for one of our major civil infrastructure projects in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
This role shall be the main design coordinator for all Architecture disciplines.
Efficient and effective architectural design coordination activities for the project to ensure that the design requirements of the contract are fulfilled.
To Coordinate with Architects, Structural Engineers, M&E Engineers, and Subcontractors to resolve construction problems and issues to ensure timely and smooth progress of works by writing RFI and RFA.
Compliance with legal and other requirements, including standards and codes of practice, relating to the design.
Completion of design activities within budget and program to achieve project objectives and targets.
Ensure risk reduction controls are in place for design activities.
Adherence to the McConnell Dowell Integrated Management System and Project Execution Plan.
Any other duties as may be required by the Company.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will have;
Related engineering qualifications with 5 years experience in Architecture discipline, preferably for major civil infrastructure projects.
Able to work on alternate 6-day work week.
