Job Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts in the food service and bakery sectors to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to existing clients, driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to effectively position our products in the market.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create account plans, set sales targets, and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
• Work closely with procurement, sales support and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfilment of customer orders.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, analyzing data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Prerequisites
• Minimum 3 years of proven work experience in sales or account management in the food service or bakery industry.
• Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
• Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
