PURPOSE
Responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective day to day operations for the advisory channel, including alignment of all regulatory requirements and framework.
KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES
- Oversee the end to end process of the advisory channel
- ensure all regulatory requirements are being met with proper documentation in place
- Liaise with internal stakeholders for full adherence of all requirements, documents and processes
- Ensure timely submission of any regulatory and management reporting
- Collaborate with internal departments for implementation and maintenance of technology solutions driving towards high efficiency and accuracy
- Constantly consider automation initiatives for streamlining of processes
- Maintain a strong data governance structure to ensure proper documentation, auditing and compliance with data protection laws (PDPA)
- Conduct regular review on processes to mitigate operational risk
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in business finance, operations management or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in operations management within the financial services
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITY
- Strong knowledge of Singapore’s regulatory environment, particularly MAS regulations
- Strong interpersonal communications and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop operational strategies and improve processes
- Experience leading operational teams in a dynamic and fast – paced environment
