PURPOSE

Responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective day to day operations for the advisory channel, including alignment of all regulatory requirements and framework.

KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES

  • Oversee the end to end process of the advisory channel
  • ensure all regulatory requirements are being met with proper documentation in place
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders for full adherence of all requirements, documents and processes
  • Ensure timely submission of any regulatory and management reporting
  • Collaborate with internal departments for implementation and maintenance of technology solutions driving towards high efficiency and accuracy
  • Constantly consider automation initiatives for streamlining of processes
  • Maintain a strong data governance structure to ensure proper documentation, auditing and compliance with data protection laws (PDPA)
  • Conduct regular review on processes to mitigate operational risk

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business finance, operations management or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in operations management within the financial services

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITY

  • Strong knowledge of Singapore’s regulatory environment, particularly MAS regulations
  • Strong interpersonal communications and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop operational strategies and improve processes
  • Experience leading operational teams in a dynamic and fast – paced environment
