CONTENT OF WORK
- Developing and managing end-to-end implementation of zone and global initiatives that improve employee experience.
- Design and perform change management plan for NA/SAPMENA, and support local market for user adoption activities.
- Collaborating with multiple teams on the development and implementation of feedback365 and employee pulse action plan.
- Analyzing, maintaining, and improving ongoing employee programs and training in line with the Global EE/ES strategy.
- Providing reports through Digital workplace applications to improve processes adoption KPI’s for identified Employee Success initiatives.
- Preparing internal communications including announcements, newsletters, and other employee messages.
- Creating and maintaining documentation that includes the design, requirements and user manuals for knowledge transfer.
- Facilitating Employee Volunteering initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Providing support on team events and other ad-hoc duties.
PROFESSIONAL & TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Human Resource Management, or related field from a reputable university
- Experience in Employee Engagement or Events Management
- Having IT service management background is a plus
- Experience in ITSM, or being familiar with change management processes
- Experience in Data Operation Management/Analytics. Having PowerBI skill is preferred

LANGUAGE
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to facilitate cross border interactions and discussions across stakeholders
