Responsibilities:
1. Prepare Reports & Billing on time (with monthly target)
2. Provide administrative duties and support (Data Entry, Filing, Photocopying, Reception, Receiving) to ensure efficient operation
3. Working with a billing system generating invoice and SOA, collecting payments, posting receipts in a timely manner
4. Any ad-hoc duties and support as and when necessary
Requirements:
1. Diploma in any disciplines, and must be well versed in English
2. At least 1-2 years of experience in office administration
3. Proficient in MS Office, mainly MS Excel & MS Word
4. Well-organized, meticulous and able to multi task
5. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced working environment and willing to multi-tasking
6. Willing to commit 3 years contract
7. Only candidates with a good attendance record will be considered
8. Willing to commit OT as and when required
