  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Salary: Up to $2,400 basic + variable bonus.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (with rotational weekend shifts as per roster).
Location: Tuas Avenue
Transport: Company-provided transportation to Tuas from Serangoon MRT, Toa Payoh MRT, and Jurong East MRT. (Transport also available from Bukit Indah, Malaysia.)
Benefits: 14 days annual leave, free lunch every Friday, free fruits every Monday.



Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day operational tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
Follow up on customer orders and address inquiries promptly.
Maintain effective communication with team members and customers.
Adapt and perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Work well under pressure while ensuring high-quality service.



Requirements:

Strong customer service orientation with a pleasant and polite demeanor.
Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends.
