Job Descriptions: For Facilities Technicians
In a team to perform preventive & corrective maintenance works for smooth work operations (M&E/Building Maintenance).
To perform maintenance, repair, service tasks (Electrical /Aircon / Mechanical / Building).
Carry out preventive / breakdown and corrective maintenance of M&E works or Aircon or Building.
To carry out maintenance operations for facilities or buildings, including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Attend to defects and customers' complains promptly. Respond to any fault reports, client requests, or any breakdowns efficiently.
Performing regular maintenance and repairs on the building facilities or systems to ensure smooth operation. Reporting any fault issues to the supervisor.
Conduct preventive checks and troubleshooting on the M&E systems.
Record or inform supervisor of any faults or issues during routine checking.
Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements: Nitec / NTC / Vocational Institute / Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or Building Services / Facilities maintenance / Aircon/ Property & Real Estate or relevance. Minimum 3 years of Singapore relevant working experience in the Facilities Maintenance industry.
Experience / Familiar with BMS / ACMV systems (HVAC, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, general building)
Good understanding of control systems and building maintenance.
2 Days , 2 Nights , 2 off ( 10- 12 hour shift)
(Applying BMS technician- Location is East Side or West Side )
To perform servicing and troubleshooting of BMS (Building Management System) in the building.
Monitor and manage BMS for HVAC, Lighting, power system performance.Taking or capturing readings from BMS system for Facility Maintenance operations and Using of BMS for controlling the respective systems
