  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:
• Facilitate survey administration and conduct data validation on completed surveys
• Make calls out to respondents to verify and clarify data
• Conduct and verify data on completed survey cases to ensure data is accurate and reliable
• Support the team and contact service centre in terms of administrative and coordination
• Data entry for completed surveys, and to update status and report to supervisor
• Ensure highest level of customer experience service is rendered
• Respond to queries from respondents in a professional manner
• Maintains a high standard of work quality by consistently meeting and exceeding performance goals
(KPI)
• Ability to work proactively, independently under tight timelines
• Proficient in computer usage, able to adapt to systems within a short period of time
