Job Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 9-10 Store Specialist and meet all contractual requirement, KPI objectives and ensure work processes align with Authority’s SOP.
Conduct stock-take on all the inventories listed on the asset listing as per contract requirement.
Maintain accurate physical stock correctness in the respective store houses and Logistics Management System (LMS).
Provide and ensure all scheduled periodic equipment maintenance for all the inventories are conducted.
Monitor course indents and prepare the required inventories and to handover to the trainers when course commence.
To check the inventories condition and well-accounted before taking over from the course trainers.
Maintain up-to-date maintenance records for all equipment for auditing purposes.
Raise the necessary disposal process based on the Authority SOP.
Perform duty driver and to cover safety and food & water drops at the various OBS campuses, when required.
Compile and generate Weekly / Monthly reports as per contract requirement.
Monitor plan staff attendance, work schedule and duties.
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Experience in logistics & warehousing environments.
Prefer with class 3 driving license
Willing to do OT if required
Prefer knowledge on technical & repair skills.
