POSITION : HOTEL CLEANER / DISHWASHER / KITCHEN CLEANER
1) PLATE COLLECTOR
Job & Shift:
- Location: Alexandra
- Shift available: 2pm-10pm
- Salary Package: $1,840
Duties:
- Ensure that all plates, utensils, and glasses are collected quickly and discreetly, maintaining a pleasant dining experience for guests.
- Safely transport the used plates and utensils to the kitchen or dishwashing area.
- Sort plates according to type, ensuring they are placed in the correct washing or sanitizing bins.
- Keep the dining area and plate collection area clean and organized, wiping down surfaces as necessary.
- Retrieve dirty plates from dining tables after guests have finished their meals.
2) DISHWASHER
Job & Shift:
- Location: Tampines/Alexandra
- Shift available: 11am-7pm/12pm-8pm/3pm-11pm
- Salary Package: $2,060
- Must have safety shoes
Duties:
- Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and wash kitchen equipment. (Wash and sanitise all pans, utensils, and dishes)
- Ensure proper dishwashing process & maintenance of equipment
- Perform cleaning-services & garbage disposal
- Keep consistent standard of tidiness, cleanliness in dishwashing area in accordance to standard operating procedures
- Perform additional cleaning duties on the facility as requested
3) NIGHT KITCHEN CLEANER
Job & Shift:
- Location: Marina Suntec Area / Tampines
- Shift available: 11pm-7am
- Salary Package: $1,850 - $2,000
- Must have safety shoes
Duties:
- Carry out general cleaning includes washing, sweeping, mopping, polishing the stores and kitchen
- Collects and removes trash from all areas of operation and dispose of waste
- Ensure kitchen is clean, well maintained at all times
- Maintain hygienic working environment according to hygiene regulations and company standards
