Summary of the role:
This role is on primarily Video Production and Webinar/Streaming for instructional and promotional videos, Training/Empowering the use of video aids and software and Technical Support
This role is expected to explore/experiment/pilot new instructional content creation methodologies, develop/update self-help guides and provide one-on-one consultancy to educators and administrators for effective use of digital tools
This job role also manages video equipment inventory / loans, and contributes to organisational initiatives and self-development through volunteering and upskilling.
Requirements:
Specialized Degree in Film Making/Video Production/ Media Production/Visual Communications or equivalent.
3 years’ work experience.
Ability to produce quality work with high creativity, consistency and attention to detail.
Good project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Knowledgeable in Business Process Re-engineering and Service Improvement concepts and practices
Team player who contributes to discussions and can multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills including use of Microsoft Office and Power Apps
Technically well-versed with the full spectrum of video production, including camera operation, lighting, and audio setup.
Great flair for storytelling, a good grasp of rhythm and pace, and an eye for aesthetics for post-production.
Mastery of Adobe CC software (emphasizing Premiere Pro for editing, familiarity with After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
