  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

-Manage company’s presence on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and other relevant e-commerce platforms
-Respond to customers’ enquiries about products, shipping, returns, exchanges / other topics
-Providing accurate information on product pricing, product information, product availability and order status
-Gather customer reviews and feedback, addressing issues promptly to team and maintain positive brand reputation.
-Any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned to support branding

Requirements
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words, Google Drive
-Able to work on weekend and public holiday
