Full cycle of recruitment- Create job ads, shortlist, schedule interviews, conduct interviews, and work pass application and onboarding.
Cessation of staff - offboarding and cessation process.
Assist in monthly processing of salary.
Review and improve HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness, revise and implement compensation and benefits plans.
Assist with company events planning.
Adhoc duties as assigned- if any.
Requirements:
Minimum a diploma in business or human resource management or related field.
At least 1 year HR generalist working experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Able to work well in a team.
Effective communication skills.
Detail-oriented.
IHRP certification preferred.
