The role
We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Fish Cutter to provide excellent customer service and the highest food preparation and safety standards. In this role, you will clean, weigh, and cut seafood, fish, and meat according to customer requests. You’ll use your product knowledge to help customers choose the right items and answer any questions they may have.
You will also maintain a clean and organized work area, follow food safety and workplace safety guidelines, minimize waste and assist the Department Manager to control shrinkage, ensure accurate orders and deliveries, and any ad-hoc duties as required like doing stock replenishments.
About You
Demonstrates good teamwork, committed and willingness to learn
Passionate about customer service and process oriented
Possessing knowledge in the various types of fresh produce and products will be helpful
Possessing a Food Safety Hygiene Certificate will be a plus
Required to be able to carry/lift heavy goods
To have the flexibility to work on a rotating shift, including weekends & PH
